  • 摘要: 本文针对铝合金异形结构件蜗壳的精密加工工艺进行了详细探讨。首先介绍了蜗壳的结构特点和加工过程中的关键技术难点,包括材料易变形的特性和薄壁件的结构特点。针对这些难点,提出了一系列加工工艺方案,包括异形件假体毛坯的制造、装夹方案的制定、粗加工方案、时效处理以及关键部位的精加工方案。特别强调了在加工过程中对工件变形的控制,以及如何通过工艺流程的优化来提高加工效率和产品质量。最终,通过严格的质量检测,确保每件产品都符合高精度标准,满足现代精密制造业的高要求。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the precision machining technology of aluminum alloy alien structure volute in detail. Firstly, the structural features and the characteristics of material deformation and thin wall parts are introduced. In view of these difficulties, a series of processing process schemes are put forward, including the manufacture of deformed prosthetic parts, the formulation of clamping scheme, rough machining scheme, aging treatment and the finishing scheme of key parts. Special emphasis is placed on the control of the workpiece deformation in the processing process, and how to improve the processing efficiency and product quality through the optimization of the process flow. Finally, through strict quality testing, to ensure that each product meets the high precision standards, to meet the high requirements of modern precision manufacturing industry.
