Abstract:
This paper discusses the precision machining technology of aluminum alloy alien structure volute in detail. Firstly, the structural features and the characteristics of material deformation and thin wall parts are introduced. In view of these difficulties, a series of processing process schemes are put forward, including the manufacture of deformed prosthetic parts, the formulation of clamping scheme, rough machining scheme, aging treatment and the finishing scheme of key parts. Special emphasis is placed on the control of the workpiece deformation in the processing process, and how to improve the processing efficiency and product quality through the optimization of the process flow. Finally, through strict quality testing, to ensure that each product meets the high precision standards, to meet the high requirements of modern precision manufacturing industry.
