Construction Process Optimization of 120 Tons Ladle Refractory Material

  • 摘要: 本文对钢包包沿易受到炉渣侵蚀及永久层裂纹问题进行研究,通过采用永久层双环砌筑工艺优化包沿及永久层耐材结构解决了包口打结料侵蚀问题和永久层裂纹问题。通过钢包永久层结构优化,工作层厚度优化,包口耐材结构优化,在提高钢包安全性的同时也提高了钢包容积。结果表明:通过使用抗炉渣侵蚀的镁碳砖可以有效解决包口打结料侵蚀问题并提高钢包平均盛装量,而内环砖的应用及永久层浇注料同步砌筑在满足使用需求的前提下显著提高了钢包的安全性能。

     

    Abstract: This paper studies the problems of erosion by slag at the rim of the steel pot and cracks in the permanent layer, and optimizes the structure of the rim and the permanent layer refractory materials by adopting the double-ring construction method to solve the problems of erosion by the mortar at the pot mouth and cracks in the permanent layer. By optimizing the structure of the permanent layer, the thickness of the working layer, and the structure of the refractory materials at the pot mouth, the safety of the steel pot is improved and the volume of the steel pot is increased. The results show that by using magnesium carbon brick with anti-slag erosion properties, the problem of erosion by the mortar at the pot mouth can be effectively solved and the average holding capacity of the steel pot can be improved. The application of the inner ring brick and the simultaneous construction of the pouring mortar in the permanent layer, while meeting the needs, significantly improves the safety performance of the steel pot.
