Research and Application of Pneumatic Clutch with Huge-Torque and High-Heat-Capacity on Grinding Mill

  • 摘要: 本文针对市场实际技术需求,通过对离合器关键构件优化设计和模拟仿真、摩擦片材质选型及性能测试,设计出具备大扭矩、高热容量性能的气动离合器,产品样机通过了惯性台架性能测试,为更严苛的球磨机离合器应用的耐用性和可靠性研究提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: This paper, grounded in the practical technical demands of the market, conducts optimal design and simulation analysis on the key components of clutches, alongside material selection and performance testing of friction material. Through these efforts, pneumatic clutch featuring huge torque output and excellent heat capacity is developed. The prototype of this clutch has successfully passed performance verification on an inertia dynamometer stand, thereby offering valuable insights for the durability and reliability research of ball mill clutches in more stringent application scenarios.
