Abstract:
This paper, grounded in the practical technical demands of the market, conducts optimal design and simulation analysis on the key components of clutches, alongside material selection and performance testing of friction material. Through these efforts, pneumatic clutch featuring huge torque output and excellent heat capacity is developed. The prototype of this clutch has successfully passed performance verification on an inertia dynamometer stand, thereby offering valuable insights for the durability and reliability research of ball mill clutches in more stringent application scenarios.
