Development of Radial Bogie Technology for Railway Freight Cars in China

  • 摘要: 径向转向架因具有低动力、低磨耗和低能耗等优势成为我国三大主型货车转向架之一。该文介绍了我国铁路货车转向架的分类以及径向转向架原理、作用及技术特点,阐述了我国铁路货车径向转向架的研制发展历程、结构特征及应用情况,结合我国铁路运输发展需求分析了径向转向架技术的发展趋势,为未来铁路货车径向转向架的研究路径和技术升级方向提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Due to its advantages of low dynamic forces, reduced wear, and low energy consumption, the radial bogie has become one of the three major types of freight car bogies in China. This paper introduces the classification of railway freight car bogies in China, as well as the principles, functions, and technical characteristics of radial bogies. It elaborates on the development process, structural features, and application status of radial bogies in Chinese railway freight cars. In light of the development needs of China's railway transportation, the paper analyzes the development trends of radial bogie technology, providing a reference for future research directions and technological upgrades of radial bogies in railway freight cars.
