水力测功器的扭矩测量方法研究

Research on Torque Measurement of Hydraulic Dynamometer

  • 摘要: 描述了水力测功器扭矩测量的目的,提出了大型水力测功器扭矩测量方法。从静力学的角度分析了水力测功器测控系统测量水力测功器所受扭矩的原理,并研究了扭矩校准的详细步骤。通过某型水力测功器的扭矩测量校准结果对该方法进行了验证。结果表明,对于低速大功率水力测功器,可以使用本文所示的测量方式来测量扭矩,测量精度满足水力测功器国家标准要求。

     

    Abstract: The paper describes the determination of hydraulic dynamometer torque measurement. The method of huge torque measurement is provided. The principle of torque forced on the hydraulic dynamometer obtained from controller is analyzed in mechanics degree. The steps for torque calibration are displayed in detail. The whole approach is proved through the measurement and calibration data of a certain type of hydraulic dynamometer. The results show that it can be used in torque measurement for hydraulic dynamometer of low velocity and huge power. The accuracy satisfies the country standard on hydraulic dynamometer.
