带式输送机永磁直驱系统实践应用分析

Practical Application Analysis of Permanent Magnet Direct Drive System in Belt Conveyors

  • 摘要: 煤矿带式输送机作为矿井运输系统的重要设备,其驱动系统的效率、可靠性及智能化水平直接影响矿井生产效率。传统异步电机驱动系统存在传动效率低、维护复杂、重载启动困难等问题。本文结合矿井地质条件,通过带式输送机参数计算分析,选用了带式输送机永磁直驱系统。介绍了永磁直驱系统的工作原理、特性及传动效率等。通过带式输送机永磁直驱系统安装及生产实践应用,总结出该系统结构简单、运行故障率低、维护量小、总传动效率高、能耗低,能够实现节能减排的特点,具有极大的经济和社会效益。

     

    Abstract: As the core equipment of mine transportation systems, the efficiency, reliability, and intelligence level of the drive system in coal mine belt conveyors directly impact mine production efficiency. Traditional asynchronous motor drive systems suffer from low transmission efficiency, complex maintenance, and difficulties in heavy-load startup. This paper, based on geological conditions and parameter calculation analysis of the belt conveyor, selects a permanent magnet direct drive (PMDD) system for the conveyor. The working principle, technical characteristics, and transmission efficiency of the PMDD system are introduced. Through the installation and practical application of the PMDD system in production, it is concluded that the system exhibits advantages such as simple structure, low operational failure rate, minimal maintenance, high overall transmission efficiency, and reduced energy consumption. These features enable energy conservation and emission reduction, delivering significant economic and social benefits.
