Design of Integrated Cleaning-Filling- Pressing Sealing Machine

  • 摘要: 针对人工美缝成本高、工作辛劳以及美缝质量不稳定的问题,基于机器视觉和负压吸附原理设计了一款清理、填充、压平一体化的美缝机,文中重点对清填压一体化美缝机结构方案和工作流程进行了详细分析和论证,验证了所出的方案可以实现家装美缝时自动清缝、填充、压平以及集尘一体化作业,并对关键零部件进行了强度校核,验证了结构可靠性,为美缝工作的机械化和自动化提供了技术支持和新的思路。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of high cost, hard work, and unstable quality of manual beauty sewing, a cleaning, filling, and flattening integrated beauty sewing machine based on machine vision and negative pressure adsorption principle has been designed. The article focuses on a detailed analysis and demonstration of the structural scheme and workflow of the integrated cleaning, filling, and pressing beauty sewing machine, verifying that the proposed scheme can achieve automatic cleaning, filling, flattening, and dust collection integration during home decoration beauty sewing. And strength checks were conducted on key components to verify structural reliability, providing technical support and new ideas for the mechanization and automation of beauty sewing work.
