Abstract:
In order to realize the lightweight of sintering machine body and reduce the manufacturing cost, it is proposed to use the high silicon solid solution strengthening effect to cast the table body and carry out the high-temperature experimental detection for the in-service and new materials of the table body. Using the obtained test data and taking the mass minimization as the objective function, the scheme of combining simulation calculation is carried out. Finally, the lightweight of the table body is realized through the two dimensions of material design and structural design, so as to improve the market competitiveness of products.
