烧结机台车体轻量化设计试验

Lightweight Design Test of Sintering Machine Body

  • 摘要: 针对实现烧结机台车体轻量化降低制造成本的需求,提出采用高硅固溶强化作用铸造台车体的试验方案。对台车体现役材料和新材料进行高温实验检测,利用获得的试验数据,以质量最小化为目标函数,进行模拟仿真运算相结合的方案,最终通过材料和结构设计两个维度实现台车体轻量化,达到提高产品市场竞争力的目的。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize the lightweight of sintering machine body and reduce the manufacturing cost, it is proposed to use the high silicon solid solution strengthening effect to cast the table body and carry out the high-temperature experimental detection for the in-service and new materials of the table body. Using the obtained test data and taking the mass minimization as the objective function, the scheme of combining simulation calculation is carried out. Finally, the lightweight of the table body is realized through the two dimensions of material design and structural design, so as to improve the market competitiveness of products.
