多种工作模式的移动餐厨垃圾箱液压系统设计

Design of Hydraulic System for Mobile Kitchen Waste Container with Multiple Operating Modes

  • 摘要: 针对餐厨垃圾车收运餐厨垃圾效率慢的问题,设计一款双泵液压系统的移动餐厨垃圾箱,双泵分别控制一套提升机构,两套提升机构可以单独或者同时作业,其中一套提升机构和刮扒机构可以同时作业。文中重点对后门、刮扒机构和提升机构的液压系统进行分析和选型,得出了各液压系统的原理图,并通过实际应用验证了移动餐厨垃圾箱的设计对提升餐厨垃圾收运效率具有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: For the slow efficiency of kitchen waste collection by food waste trucks, design a dual-pump hydraulic system for a mobile kitchen waste container. The two pumps control a lifting mechanism respectively, and the two lifting mechanisms can operate either independently or simultaneously, one of the lifting mechanisms can work concurrently with a scraping mechanism.The paper focuses on analyzing and selecting hydraulic systems for the rear door, scraping mechanism, and lifting mechanism, deriving the schematic diagrams for each hydraulic system. Through practical application, it has been verified that the design of the mobile kitchen waste container provides guiding significance for improving the efficiency of kitchen waste collection and transportation.
