6061铝合金薄板激光焊接的光谱分析

Spectral analysis on laser welding of 6061 aluminum alloy sheet

  • 摘要: 为了进一步分析焊接工艺条件对6061铝合金激光焊接效果的影响,本文在不同的材料表面状态和焊接参数下,采用AvaSpec-2048型光纤光谱仪对6061铝合金激光焊接的电弧进行了光谱分析。研究结果表明,材料的表面状态和激光功率,焊接速度对激发出特征谱线的元素的种类和激光等离子体中元素的含量有一定的的影响,可为以后更深层的研究激光焊接薄板提供基础。

     

    Abstract: In order to further analyze the influence of welding process conditions on the laser welding effect of 6061 aluminum alloy, this paper used AvaSpec-2048 fiber optic spectrometer to conduct spectral analysis of the arc of 6061 aluminum alloy laser welding under different material surface states and welding parameters. The research results indicate that the surface state of the material, laser power, and welding speed have a certain influence on the types of elements that excite characteristic spectral lines and the content of elements in the laser plasma, which can provide a basis for further in-depth research on laser welding of thin plates in the future.
