Failure cause analysis and optimization measures of a double pump

  • 摘要: 双联齿轮泵是汽轮给水泵自带的设备,汽轮给水泵是反应堆二回路重要的设备之一,它的平稳运行能保证蒸汽发生器有稳定的供水来源。本文对双联泵进行简单介绍,并针对该型号双联齿轮泵在运行调试过程中不能维持安全油压处于正常范围的问题,对双联泵进行拆解,分析并找出了导致双联泵故障的原因,并且对双联齿轮泵进行了优化设计,改进后的双联泵经过性能验证试验,解决了该问题,确保汽轮给水泵能正常运行。

     

    Abstract: The double gear pump is the equipment of the steam turbine feed pump, which is one of the important equipment in the secondary circuit of the reactor. Its smooth operation can ensure a stable water supply source for the steam generator. In this paper, the duplex pump is briefly introduced, and in view of the problem that this type of duplex gear pump can not maintain the safe oil pressure in the normal range during the operation and debugging, the duplex pump is disassembled, the causes of the failure of the duplex pump are analyzed and found out, and the design of the duplex gear pump is optimized. After the performance verification test, the improved duplex pump solves this problem and ensures the normal operation of the steam turbine feed pump.
