Abstract:
Photovoltaic arrays are prone to various faults when operating in harsh environments, resulting in decreased performance of photovoltaic modules, reduced power generation efficiency, and safety hazards. This article summarizes the types of faults in photovoltaic arrays, and analyzes the causes of common faults such as short circuit fault, open circuit fault, ground fault, and component fragmentation and hidden cracks. Then, intelligent diagnosis methods of photovoltaic array faults is discussed based on visual image intelligent recognition, machine learning, and fuzzy control. Finally, the future development directions of intelligent diagnosis of photovoltaic array faults are discussed, so as to provide reference for improving the accuracy and efficiency of photovoltaic array fault diagnosis.
