矿井综掘工作面高效喷雾净化系统的设计及应用

Design and Application of High-Efficiency Spray Cleaning System in Fully Mechanized Mining Face

  • 摘要: 矿井综掘工作面粉尘含量高,存在易严重威胁工作面安全生产的问题,为有效治理矿井综掘工作面粉尘,以5202-2综掘工作面粉尘污染工况为例,分析了现用除尘装置存在的不足,设计了一种高效断面喷雾净化系统HCS5-003,该系统通过应用超音速雾化喷嘴构建了一道幕雾,借助细水雾来有效阻断了掘进工作面粉尘,通过在距综掘工作面15 m位置,25 m位置以及45 m位置处各装设一部HCS5-003系统,5202-2综掘工作面实现了高效除尘,相比与原有除尘措施,该工作面的全尘除尘效率与呼吸性粉尘除尘效率分别提高了39.4%,41.5%,达到了较好的除尘效果,该研究可为类似工况下综掘工作面的快速高效除尘提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The dust content of the fully mechanized mining face is high, which is easy to seriously threaten the safety of the working face. In order to effectively control the dust pollution of the fully mechanized mining face, taking the 5202-2 fully mechanized mining face as an example, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing dust removal device, and designs a high-efficiency section spray purification system HCS5-003. This system constructs a curtain fog through the application of supersonic atomization nozzles, which effectively blocks the dust of the tunneling face with the help of water mist. By installing a HCS5-003 system at 15 m, 25 m and 45 m away from the fully mechanized mining face, the 5202-2 fully mechanized mining face has achieved efficient dust removal, compared with the original dust removal measures. The total dust removal efficiency and the respirable dust removal efficiency of the working face increased by 39.4% and 41.5% respectively, achieving good dust removal effect, This study can provide reference for rapid and efficient dust removal in comprehensive excavation working faces under similar working conditions.
