Application Analysis of DOE in Pedal Simulator Lag Force

  • 摘要: 本文使用DOE的方法,分析与模拟器滞后力相关的控制因子,并制定DOE试验矩阵。通过DOE方法分析控制因子对模拟器滞后力的影响程度,确定显著影响因子并通过调整显著因子参数来调整模拟器滞后力大小。此方法大大缩短了模拟器滞后力试验的分析周期,并寻找对模拟器滞后力有影响的关键设计参数,对今后模拟器滞后力设计和分析具有重要的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the control factors related to the lag force of the simulator are analyzed by using DOE method, and the DOE test matrix is formulated. DOE method was used to analyze the influence of control factors on the lag force of the simulator, determine the significant influence factor and adjust the hysteresis force of the simulator by adjusting the significant factor parameters. This method can greatly shorten the analysis period of the simulator lag force test, and find the key design parameters that affect the simulator lag force, which has important guiding significance for the simulator lag force design and analysis in the future.
