Abstract:
In this paper, the control factors related to the lag force of the simulator are analyzed by using DOE method, and the DOE test matrix is formulated. DOE method was used to analyze the influence of control factors on the lag force of the simulator, determine the significant influence factor and adjust the hysteresis force of the simulator by adjusting the significant factor parameters. This method can greatly shorten the analysis period of the simulator lag force test, and find the key design parameters that affect the simulator lag force, which has important guiding significance for the simulator lag force design and analysis in the future.
