Design of Intelligent Mining System for Fully Mechanized Mining Face in Mines

  • 摘要: 为提高该综采工作面的自动化水平,基于C2#层8127综采工作面采煤地质工况,结合其改造升级目标,重点对C2#层8127综采工作面综采设备进行了三机配套改造、自动化跟机移架系统开发、无人值守运输构建及水处理防污染管理等关键技术应用,智能化改造,并进行了工程应用验证,验证结果表明:C2#层8127综采工作面经智能化改造后,每月单产可提高47%,减人44.4%,实现了减人增效,该研究可为类似工况下综采工作面的智能化改造提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the automation level and efficiency of coal mining in the 8127 comprehensive mining face of the C2# layer, based on the geological conditions of coal mining in the 8127 comprehensive mining face of the C2# layer and combined with the main comprehensive mining equipment used, the intelligent transformation of the comprehensive mining equipment in the 8127 comprehensive mining face of the C2# layer was carried out, and the engineering application verification was carried out. The verification results showed that after the intelligent transformation, the monthly yield of the 8127 comprehensive mining face of the C2# layer could be increased by 47%, and the personnel could be reduced by 44.4%, achieving the goal of reducing personnel and increasing efficiency. This study can provide reference for the intelligent transformation of comprehensive mining faces under similar working conditions.
