摘要: 针对某型辅助动力装置高空模拟试验过程中离心机匣刮磨故障,开展了相关检查,运用了故障树法进行分析。分析结果表明:导致刮磨的原因有多种,包括转子残余不平衡量偏大、封严套内篦齿与锁紧螺母设计间隙偏小等。通过采取改进措施,排除了刮磨故障。上述研究成果可以为后续型号研制积累一定经验。Abstract: For centrifugal casing scraping of an auxiliary power unit during research phase, a fault tree was established and relevant inspectiong was carried out. The results showed that: several reasons caused fault, including large rotor-imbalance, small distance of sealing teeth and lock nut, etc. With the corrective measure carried out, the problem was solved. The results can provide some reference for project engineering development.
