Abstract: For centrifugal casing scraping of an auxiliary power unit during research phase, a fault tree was established and relevant inspectiong was carried out. The results showed that: several reasons caused fault, including large rotor-imbalance, small distance of sealing teeth and lock nut, etc. With the corrective measure carried out, the problem was solved. The results can provide some reference for project engineering development.
