便捷式立体车库设计及有限元分析

  • 摘要: 简述了国内停车和取车难的现状,分析了立体车库所具有的优势,确定立体车库的总体设计方案,设计出了一种梳齿状盛车板的便捷式立体车库。对便捷式立体车库实现高效存车、取车的功能操作进行说明。采用有限元分析方法对主要零部件进行分析计算,确定其应力、位移以及在零件上的分布情况。研究表明该便捷式立体车库具有安全稳固、操作简单、成本低、实用性强等优点,非常适用于国内实际情况。

     

    Abstract: This paper briefly describes the situation of parking and car pick-up difficulties in China, analyzes the advantages of the three-dimensional garage, determines the overall design scheme of the three-dimensional garage, and designs a convenient three-dimensional garage with comb-shaped car plate. Explain the functional operations of the convenient automated parking system to achieve efficient car storage and retrieval. Use finite element analysis methods to analyze and calculate the main components, determine their maximum stress, displacement, and distribution on the parts. Research shows that this convenient automated parking system has the advantages of safety, stability, simple operation, low cost, and strong practicality, making it very suitable for the actual conditions in China.
