伺服送料器液压系统的优化

Design of Fast and Slow Speed Hydraulic System for Blanking Scissors

  • 摘要: 针对金属冷弯成型柔性生产线上伺服送料器送料精度波动较大问题,本文根据伺服送料器的工作需求,分析了伺服送料器液压系统的工作原理及送料器油缸、送料辊的受力情况,找出了液压系统存在的问题,优化了液压系统的工作原理。分别测量了两种液压系统下伺服送料器的送料精度,验证了优化后液压系统的合理性。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problem of large fluctuations in the feeding accuracy of the servo feeder on the flexible production line for metal cold bending, this article analyzes the working principle of the servo feeder's hydraulic system and the force conditions of the feeder's cylinder and feed roller based on the working requirements of the servo feeder, identifies the problems in the hydraulic system, and optimizes the working principle of the hydraulic system.The feeding accuracy of the servo feeder under two hydraulic systems was measured separately, verifying the rationality of the optimized hydraulic system.
