Design and Verification of a Digital Process System for the Military Industry Based on Structured Data

  • 摘要: 解决军工企业传统工艺管理中存在的设计工艺协同性差、数据非结构化、流程效率低下等关键问题,基于产品全生命周期管理理念,设计了一套以三维模型为源头、以制造物料清单为主线、以结构化工艺为核心的数字化工艺管理解决方案。该方案构建了集成化的设计与工艺一体化协同平台,实现了从产品数据管理到制造执行的业务贯通。实践验证表明,该方案的实施使工艺数据编制效率提升超过35%,装配工艺设计时间减少约40%,数据一次性发布准确率超过95%,有效促进了企业知识沉淀,为军工企业的数字化转型升级提供了可行的技术路径。

     

    Abstract: To address the critical issues in the traditional process management of military-industrial enterprises, such as poor design-process collaboration, unstructured data, and inefficient workflows, a digital process management solution was designed based on the product lifecycle management concept. This solution centers on three-dimensional models as the source, manufacturing bills of materials (MBOM) as the main thread, and structured processes as the core. It establishes an integrated collaborative platform for design and process, achieving seamless business integration from product data management to manufacturing execution. Practical verification demonstrates that the implementation of this solution has increased process data preparation efficiency by over 35%, reduced assembly process design time by approximately 40%, and improved first-time data release accuracy to over 95%. This approach effectively promotes the accumulation of enterprise knowledge and provides a feasible technical path for the digital transformation and upgrading of military-industrial enterprises.
