Abstract:
To address the critical issues in the traditional process management of military-industrial enterprises, such as poor design-process collaboration, unstructured data, and inefficient workflows, a digital process management solution was designed based on the product lifecycle management concept. This solution centers on three-dimensional models as the source, manufacturing bills of materials (MBOM) as the main thread, and structured processes as the core. It establishes an integrated collaborative platform for design and process, achieving seamless business integration from product data management to manufacturing execution. Practical verification demonstrates that the implementation of this solution has increased process data preparation efficiency by over 35%, reduced assembly process design time by approximately 40%, and improved first-time data release accuracy to over 95%. This approach effectively promotes the accumulation of enterprise knowledge and provides a feasible technical path for the digital transformation and upgrading of military-industrial enterprises.
