轮廓铣削加工过程中主轴转速对表面粗糙度的影响

Influence of Spindle Speed on Surface Roughness in Contour Milling Process

  • 摘要: 为研究轮廓铣削加工中主轴转速对工件表面粗糙度的影响,搭建了加工检测试验系统,设置主轴转速为变量,固定其他实验参数,进行S=2000300040005000 r/min四次实验,实验中同步采集工件振动情况。实验结果表明,随着主轴转速的增加,加工过程中的切削力降低,工件的最大振幅与平均振幅均下降,切削刃在工件表面上滑移的距离减少,产生的滑移摩擦小,从而降低表面粗糙度值,改善表面质量。此结论可以为铣削加工中主轴转速的选择提供指导经验。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the influence of spindle speed on the surface roughness of the workpiece in contour milling machining, a machining inspection test system was built, the spindle speed was set as the variable, other experimental parameters were fixed, and four experiments were carried out at S=2000, 3000, 4000, and 5000 r/min, and the vibration of the workpiece was synchronously captured during the experiments. The experimental results show that with the increase of spindle speed, the cutting force during machining is reduced, the maximum amplitude and the average amplitude of the workpiece are decreased, the distance that the cutting edge slips on the surface of the workpiece is reduced, and the slip friction generated is small, thus reducing the surface roughness value and improving the surface quality. This conclusion can provide guiding experience for the selection of spindle speed in milling machining.
