基于flotherm的一种航电设备的可靠性热仿真分析

Reliability Thermal Simulation Analysis of an Electronic Equipment based on Flotherm

  • 摘要: 针对航空电子设备的可靠性热设计,基于flotherm的可靠性热仿真分析方法,建立CFD数字样机,对航电设备的模型在常温下进行热仿真和热测试,并对两者的温度数据结果进行对比,以误差低于5%来验证其模型的正确性,利用仿真模型进行高温70 ℃环境条件的热仿真分析,得出航电设备热设计中潜在的元器件散热问题和薄弱环节,指明潜在故障发生的位置和原因,用来指导航电设备热设计及提高航电设备的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Based on flotherm reliability thermal simulation analysis method, CFD digital prototype of avionics equipment is established.The model is simulated and tested at room temperature, and the temperature data of the two are compared.If the error is less than 5%, the model is correct.The thermal simulation analysis of the model in 70 ℃ environment is done, and the potential component heat dissipation problems and weak links in avionics equipment are obtained.The location and cause of potential faults are pointed out, which can be used to guide the thermal design of avionics equipment and improve the reliability of avionics equipment.
