Abstract:
Precision blanking dies are key process equipment for achieving high-precision and high-efficiency forming of metal sheets, playing a crucial role in the development of high-end manufacturing. As fundamental components widely used in automotive, electronics, aerospace and other fields, U-shaped structural parts have forming quality that directly affects the assembly performance and cost of products. This paper systematically reviews the global and domestic development history of precision blanking dies for U-shaped structural parts, elaborates on the current status of core technologies such as process diversification, die structure optimization, material and manufacturing upgrading, and intelligent design, and analyzes the global market pattern, industrial competitiveness at home and abroad, and core application fields. It summarizes key technical indicators including forming precision and die life as well as their influencing factors, and points out the current challenges in aspects such as dependence on high-end technologies, multi-material adaptability, and industrial supporting facilities. Finally, the paper looks forward to future development trends in multi-material adaptation to extreme working conditions, intelligent perception and digital twin, additive manufacturing and greenization, flexibility and industrial collaboration, providing a reference for the innovation and industrial upgrading of precision blanking technology for U-shaped structural parts in China.
