Design and Application of Automatic Iron Cleaning Robot for Mines

  • 摘要: 矿山开采过程中,移动设备因备件损坏脱落不能及时发现,各种铁器混入矿石中进入溜井及破碎运输系统,会造成带式输送机的带面划伤、输送带撕裂,破碎机的堵矿、打齿以及破碎机断轴等重大设备事故和事故损失,鉴于此实际工况,设计了一套矿山自动铁器清理机器人系统。该系统的控制系统由ABB工业机器人和西门子PLC组成,通过二者结合对工作站控制系统硬件和程序进行优化设计。现场测试结果表明,该系统能自动完成矿石中非金属铁器检测并进行清理,系统整体运行稳定,状态良好,满足现场生产使用要求,极大的降低了设备故障率,提升了矿山生产效率。

     

    Abstract: During the mining process, mobile equipment may not be detected in a timely manner due to damage or detachment of spare parts. Various iron tools may mix into the ore and enter the chute and crushing transportation system, causing scratches on the belt surface and tearing of the conveyor belt, as well as major equipment accidents and losses such as ore blockage, tooth punching, and broken shaft of the crusher. In view of this actual working condition, a set of automatic iron cleaning robot system for mines has been designed. The control system of this system consists of ABB industrial robots and Siemens PLC, which are combined to optimize the hardware and program design of the workstation control system. The on-site test results show that the system can automatically detect and clean non-metallic iron objects in ores. The overall operation of the system is stable and in good condition, meeting the requirements of on-site production and greatly reducing equipment failure rates and improving mining production efficiency.
