煤层气井供电系统电能质量治理装置的设计

Design of Power Quality Control Device for Coalbed Methane Well Power Supply System

  • 摘要: 针对煤层气井机电设备功率大、能耗高,供电系统负载冲击大、非线性强、功率大的特点,以及供电系统易出现无功消耗大、谐波污染严重、电能质量偏低等问题,该文以某煤层气井供电系统实际运行工况为背景,确定了煤层气井供电系统电能质量治理装置的关键技术参数,设计了电能质量治理装置的硬件及软件部分,并进行了系统仿真及应用测试。结果表明:未投入该电能质量治理装置前,供电系统功率因数较低,存在较大的无功功率,电网侧易出现较严重的电流畸变现象;投入该电能质量治理装置后,装置一方面对系统进行无功补偿,另一方面能有效抑制谐波污染,使网侧电流畸变明显改善,供电系统功率因数提升至0.95以上,电能质量得到显著提升。

     

    Abstract: In response to the characteristics of high power and energy consumption of the electromechanical equipment in coalbed methane wells, as well as the large impact, strong nonlinearity, and high power of the load in the power supply system, the power supply system is prone to high reactive power consumption and serious harmonic pollution, and the quality of power supply is not high. In order to effectively improve the power quality of the power supply system, based on the actual operating conditions of a coalbed methane well power supply system, the key technical parameters of the power quality control device for the coalbed methane well power supply system were determined. The hardware and software parts of the power quality control device were designed, and the system simulation and application testing were carried out. The results showed that before the application of the power quality control device, the power factor of the power supply system was low, and there was a large amount of reactive power. The grid side was prone to serious current. distortion phenomenon, After applying the power quality control device, due to the compensation of reactive power to the power supply system and the treatment of harmonic pollution, the grid side current no longer shows serious distortion. The power factor of the mine power supply system is greater than 0.95, and the power quality is significantly improved.
