Analysis of the Oil Passage of the Vehicle Low-Pressure Oil Pump

  • 摘要: 离合器油泵常用压力为0.2 MPa,油压推动活塞,使得进气阀门打开,实现离合器分离。然后在整个过程中,油压波动易导致推力不稳,影响离合器响应;同时,用于电车上的润滑冷却系统的润滑油泵的噪音性能也会严重影响整车的品质。该文基于PUMPLINX平台和LMS SCADAS XS,在不更改齿数与电机极槽数的前提下,通过去除低压油泵油道卸荷槽并优化充油槽结构,有效减弱了油泵的冲击与振动,实验证明卸荷槽和充油槽对低压油泵NVH性能影响高达50%。

     

    Abstract: The commonly used pressure for a clutch oil pump is 0.2 MPa, where the oil pressure drives the piston to open the intake valve and achieve clutch disengagement. However, during the process, pressure fluctuations can lead to unstable thrust, affecting clutch response. At the same time, the noise performance of lubrication oil pumps used in electric vehicle lubrication and cooling systems can significantly impact overall vehicle quality. Based on the PUMPLINX platform and LMS SCADAS XS, effectively reduced the impact and vibration of the oil pump without changing the gear tooth count or the number of stator slots and rotor poles, by removing the unloading groove and optimizing the structure of the oil-filling groove. Experimental results showed that the unloading and oil-filling grooves have up to a 50% impact on the NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) performance of the low-pressure oil pump.
