车用低压油泵油道分析

Analysis of the Oil Passage of the Vehicle Low-Pressure Oil Pump

  • 摘要: 离合器油泵常用压力为0.2 MPa,油压推动活塞,使得进气阀门打开,离合器进行分离,整个过程中液压油会出现脉动率高,推力不平稳造成离合器不能响应及时;对于润滑油泵,现多用于电车上的润滑冷却系统,此时油泵的噪音性能会严重影响整车品质。现基于PUMPLINX平台和LMS SCADAS XS,在不改变齿数和电机极槽数的条件下,通过对低压油泵油道去除卸荷槽并改动充油槽,得出减弱了油泵冲击震动的结论,验证了卸荷槽和充油槽对低压油泵NVH约有50%的影响。

     

    Abstract: The common pressure of the clutch oil pump is 0.2 MPa, and the oil pressure pushes the piston to open the intake valve and separate the clutch. For the lubricating oil pump, it is mostly used in the lubrication and cooling system on the tram, and the noise performance of the oil pump will seriously affect the quality of the whole vehicle. Based on the PUMPLINX platform and LMS SCADAS XS, without changing the number of teeth and the number of motor slots, the conclusion is that the impact vibration of the oil pump is weakened by removing the unloading groove and changing the filling groove of the low-pressure oil pump without changing the number of teeth and the number of motor slots, and the influence of the unloading groove and the oil-filling tank on the NVH of the low-pressure oil pump is verified by about 50%.
