Upgrading and Transformation of Vertical Machining Centers with Huazhong HNC-818DiM CNC System

  • 摘要: 为解决国外控制系统维修困难的问题,以国产华中HNC—818DiM为研究对象,对VMC850加工中心实施升级改造,重点解决控制线路的设计、PLC程序开发、机电联调等关键技术。经实际切削验证,升级后的加工中心定位精度和重复定位精度有所提升,完全满足高速高精加工需求。改造后的性能和加工精度均达到相关标准要求。为不同结构的机床数字化升级改造提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem of difficult maintenance of control systems abroad, the domestically produced Huazhong HNC-818DiM is taken as the research object to upgrade and transform the VMC850 machining center, focusing on key technologies such as control circuit design, PLC program development, and electromechanical integration. Through actual cutting verification, the upgraded machining center has improved its positioning accuracy and repeatability accuracy, fully meeting the requirements of high-speed and high-precision machining. The performance and processing accuracy after the transformation meet the relevant standard requirements. This provides a basis for the digital upgrading and transformation of machine tools with different structures.
