风力发电机组运行状态监测系统的设计应用

Design and Application of an Operational Condition Monitoring System for Wind Turbines

  • 摘要: 为了提升风力发电机组的运维效率及运行稳定性,该文提出了一种基于振动检测的风力发电机组运行状态监测系统,重点对系统架构、振动信号采集、检测方案以及应用情况进行了分析。实际应用表明,该系统能够实现对风机振动情况的精确判断,识别准确率达到了96.67%,整机维护时间减小了22.7%,运行停机故障降低了90.4%。

     

    Abstract: To improve the operation and maintenance efficiency as well as the operational stability of wind turbines, this paper proposes an operational condition monitoring system based on vibration detection. The system architecture, vibration signal acquisition, detection scheme, and application performance are analyzed in detail. Practical application results show that the system can accurately identify the vibration state of wind turbines, achieving an identification accuracy of 96.67%, reducing overall maintenance time by 22.7%, and decreasing operational downtime failures by 90.4%.
