Abstract:
To improve the operation and maintenance efficiency as well as the operational stability of wind turbines, this paper proposes an operational condition monitoring system based on vibration detection. The system architecture, vibration signal acquisition, detection scheme, and application performance are analyzed in detail. Practical application results show that the system can accurately identify the vibration state of wind turbines, achieving an identification accuracy of 96.67%, reducing overall maintenance time by 22.7%, and decreasing operational downtime failures by 90.4%.
