Design and Implementation of Industrial Robot Maintenance Reminder Function

  • 摘要: 随着生产制造智能化地提升,FANUC机器人的保有量不断增加。为了保证设备在长周期运行下的稳定性,对机器人的维护保养不容忽视。基于FANUC机器人内置KAREL语言,通过对维护提醒需求分析、功能设计、例程设计、实验测试等,成功设计实现了维护保养提醒功能,保持了设备稳定性,提升了生产效率。

     

    Abstract: With the improvement of intelligent production and manufacturing, the number of FANUC robots is constantly increasing. In order to ensure the stability of the equipment during long-term operation, the maintenance and upkeep of the robot cannot be ignored. Based on the built-in KAREL language of FANUC robot, the maintenance reminder function has been successfully designed and implemented through analysis of maintenance reminder requirements, function design, routine design, experimental testing, etc. It maintains equipment stability, and improves production efficiency.
