基于UG的 FANUC系统后处理制作及应用

UG-based FANUC System Post-Processing Production

  • 摘要: UG的CAM(计算机辅助制造)模块是UG软件的一个重要组成部分,主要用于生成机械零件的数控加工程序,能够实现对复杂零件和特殊零件的加工编程。本文运用TCL脚本语言在UG后处理构造器中定制了FANUC系统的后处理程序,实现了程序名的输出,且在程序头输出加工时间、加工余量、刀具信息等技术问题。最后通过仿真运行程序并且采用机床加工零件验证了该后处理器的稳定性以及可靠性,能够满足三轴零件的铣面,钻孔,铰孔的加工需求。

     

    Abstract: UG’s CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) module is an important part of the UG software, mainly used to generate CNC machining programs for mechanical parts, can achieve the processing of complex parts and special parts programming. In this paper, the use of TCL scripting language in the UG post-processing constructor customized FANUC system post-processing program, to achieve the output of the program name, and in the program header output machining time, machining allowances, tool information, and other technical issues. Finally, by running the program through simulation and using machine tools to machine parts, thus verifying the stability and reliability of the post-processor to meet the needs of three-axis parts milling, drilling, reaming.
