Optimization of Marble Platform Structure for Perovskite Coating Equipment

  • 摘要: 为提高钙钛矿光伏电池涂布工艺的精度与稳定性,针对设备基础平台的刚性、精度保持及基材固定问题展开研究。通过对用于钙钛矿涂布设备的大理石平台结构分析及优化,论证了大理石作为基础平台材料在热稳定性、刚性及阻尼特性方面的优势。通过有限元分析验证平台动态稳定性。其研究方法及结果为高精度钙钛矿涂布设备关键基础部件的设计与验证方法探究提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: To improve the precision and stability of the perovskite photovoltaic cell coating process, we looked at the equipment base platform—specifically its rigidity, how well it maintains precision, and how it fixes the substrate. By analyzing and optimizing the marble platform structure used in perovskite coating equipment, we found that marble offers clear advantages as a base material in terms of thermal stability, rigidity, and damping. We also validated the platform's dynamic stability using finite element analysis. The methods and results presented here can serve as a reference for designing and verifying key base components for high-precision perovskite coating equipment.
