Abstract:
To improve the precision and stability of the perovskite photovoltaic cell coating process, we looked at the equipment base platform—specifically its rigidity, how well it maintains precision, and how it fixes the substrate. By analyzing and optimizing the marble platform structure used in perovskite coating equipment, we found that marble offers clear advantages as a base material in terms of thermal stability, rigidity, and damping. We also validated the platform's dynamic stability using finite element analysis. The methods and results presented here can serve as a reference for designing and verifying key base components for high-precision perovskite coating equipment.
