汽车变速器输出轴磨齿工艺优化设计

Optimization Design of Grinding Technology on Automible Transmission Output Shaft

  • 摘要: 针对一款汽车变速器输出轴其22齿齿面需磨齿加工的设计要求。产品试制阶段采用一端夹外圆,一端用顶尖装夹方式的磨齿工艺,实际生产中存在齿廓倾斜偏差(f)、螺旋线倾斜偏差(f),以及齿圈径向跳动Fr不合格的质量问题。为解决此问题,通过优化加工工艺,设计专用夹具,改用两端顶尖的装夹方式,结果表明,采用新工艺后,产品f、f、Fr各项指标符合客户内控要求,同批次Δf下降56.10%,Δf下降80%,ΔFr下降28.30%,确保产品的批量生产,同时为同类产品的磨齿工艺设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: According to the design requirements, the 22-tooth tooth surface of the output shaft needs to be ground for the output shaft produced by the company. Product trial production stage adopts the grinding process of clamping the outer circle at one end and clamping the top at the other end, There are some unqualified quality problems in actual production ,such as tooth profile inclination deviation (f), helix inclination deviation (f), and the unqualified radial runout of gear ring(Fr). In order to solve these problems, the special fixture was designed through optimizing the process , the clamping mode was changed to the top of both ends. The rusults show that the indexes of f, f, Fr of product meet the requirements of internal control of customers, Δf decreased by 56.10% , Δf decreased by 80% , and ΔFr decreased by 28.30% in the same batch, which ensured the batch production of the products and provided a reference for the grinding process design of similar products.
