超低浓度烟尘在线监测科教仪器的设计

Design of Scientific and Educational Instrument for On-line Monitoring of Ultra-low Concentration Smoke and Dust

  • 摘要: 针对目前国内烟尘的超低排放、颗粒物检测方法的相对单一以及机电人才培养的迫切需要,设计了一套基于β射线法的稀释烟气超低浓度颗粒物在线监测科教仪器。首先分析β射线法测量烟气颗粒物浓度的理论,接着设计在线监测科教仪器的整体方案,包括烟气采样系统、测量系统、现场控制系统的设计,最后在模拟烟尘条件下进行了科教仪器的测试实验,通过和滤膜称重法测量的颗粒物浓度进行对比,验证了在线监测科教仪器的准确性。

     

    Abstract: In view of the ultra-low emission of smoke and dust in China, the relatively single detection method of particulate matter and the urgent need for the training of electromechanical talents, a set of on-line monitoring instrument for ultra-low concentration particulate matter in diluted flue gas based on β-ray method was design. Firstly, the theory of measuring the concentration of particulate matter in flue gas by β-ray method is analyzed, and then the overall scheme of online monitoring scientific and educational instrument is designed, including the design of flue gas sampling system, measurement system and field control system. Finally, the test experiment of scientific and educational instrument is carried out under simulated smoke and dust conditions, and the concentration of particulate matter measured by β-ray method is compared with that measured by filter membrane weighing method. The accuracy of the online monitoring instrument is verified.
