基于特殊跨距的新型刚性悬挂组件力学性能研究

Research on the Mechanical Properties of a New Type of Rigid Suspension Component based on Special Spans

  • 摘要: 根据某线路中特殊较大跨距,设计了一种新型刚性悬挂组件,介绍了新型刚性悬挂组件的结构和基本原理。新型刚性悬挂组件通过柔性线索进行悬吊,随后对原有的汇流排定位线夹本体内的衬垫进行了结构优化。最后通过Solidworks Simulation模块对方案进行了理论校核,方案满足性能要求,并通过实验验证。

     

    Abstract: Based on a particularly large span in a certain line, a new type of rigid suspension component was designed, and its structure and basic principle were introduced. The new rigid suspension component is suspended through flexible wires, and subsequently, the structure of the liner inside the original busbar positioning clamp body was optimized. Finally, the scheme was theoretically verified through the Solidworks Simulation module, and it met the performance requirements and was validated through experiments.
