基于特殊跨距的新型刚性悬挂组件力学性能研究

Research on the Mechanical Properties of a New Type of Rigid Suspension Component based on Special Spans

  • 摘要: 该文针对某线路中特殊较大跨距,设计了一种采用柔性线索进行悬吊的新型刚性悬挂组件。首先介绍了此刚性悬挂组件的结构和基本原理,然后对原有汇流排定位线夹本体内的衬垫结构进行了优化,再利用SolidWorks Simulation模块对方案进行了理论校核,最后进行了实验验证,结果表明该方案满足性能要求。

     

    Abstract: This paper addresses the issue of a special large span in a certain railway line and proposes a new type of rigid suspension assembly using flexible cables for suspension. First, the structure and basic principle of the rigid suspension assembly are introduced. Then, the liner structure inside the original busbar positioning clamp is optimized. Subsequently, the proposed scheme is theoretically verified using the SolidWorks Simulation module, and finally experimental validation is carried out. The results show that the proposed scheme meets the performance requirements.
