矿热炉T2紫铜底部环树脂砂铸造工艺的优化与应用研究

Research on Optimization and Application of Molding Process forT2 Purple Copper Bottom Ring of Mineral Hot Furnace

  • 摘要: 矿热炉T2紫铜底部环是矿热炉设备中的关键部件,其性能和质量对矿热炉的稳定运行和效率至关重要。针对传统铸造过程中,T2紫铜底部环容易出现气孔、夹渣、裂纹等铸造缺陷问题,通过实验研究影响T2紫铜底部环树脂砂铸造工艺的关键参数,并提出相应的优化方案,通过试验验证了优化后工艺参数的可行性, 得出最优的工艺方案。为提升矿热炉T2紫铜底部环的质量、降低生产成本提供了理论依据和实践指导。

     

    Abstract: The T2 purple copper bottom ring of the mineral hot furnace is a critical component in the equipment, and its performance and quality are crucial for the operation and efficiency of the mineral hot furnace. This paper discusses the problem of defects like porosity, slag inclusions, and cracks, and other imperfections commonly found in the conventional casting of T2 purple copper bottom rings. By experimentally studying the key parameters affecting the resin sand casting process of the T2 purple copper bottom, corresponding optimization schemes are proposed. The feasibility of the optimized process parameters is verified through trials, leading to the optimal process scheme. This provides a theoretical basis and guidance for improving the quality of the bottom ring and reducing production costs.
