基于镂空板-滚子-弹簧系统的载荷-位移曲线定制方法

A Method for Customizing Load-displacement Curves based on the Hollow-out Plate-roller-spring System

  • 摘要: 载荷-位移曲线是结构得以实现特定力学功能的关键因素。凸轮-滚子-弹簧系统是目前定制载荷-位移曲线的一种有效手段。然而,由于凸轮与滚子之间的接触力只能为压力,这限制了该系统的设计空间。鉴于此,提出了一种镂空板-滚子-弹簧系统,其特色在于:采用镂空的方式在刚性板内定制各种轨道图案,设计自由度大;更重要的是,轨道图案可为滚子提供双边约束,从而突破了凸轮-滚子-弹簧系统中“接触力只能为压力”的限制,拓展了系统的设计空间,能够定制更加多样化的载荷-位移曲线。作为例子,给出了实现“S”形载荷-位移曲线的轨道图案理论设计方法,通过数值仿真验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: Load-displacement curve can be considered as one of the key factors for a structure to achieve specific mechanical functions. The cam-roller-spring system is currently an effective means of customizing load-displacement curves. However, the contact force between the cam and the roller can only be pressure, which thus limits the design space of the system. In view of this, a hollow-out plate-roller-spring system is proposed, the characteristic of which lies in that customizing various track patterns inside a rigid plate in a hollow-out manner provides more degrees of freedom for the mechanical design. More importantly, the track pattern can impose bilateral constraints onto the rollers, and thus overcomes the limitation of compressive contact forces in the cam-roller-spring systems. This largely expands the design space of the system and enables the customization of more diverse load-displacement curves. As examples, a theoretical method for the track-pattern design is further presented to realize load-displacement curves of “S” shape, and the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed design are also verified through numerical simulations.
