基于CATIA的机座轻量化设计实例分析

Case Analysis of Lightweight Design of Machine Base Based on CATIA

  • 摘要: 机座是整机的重要基础部件。应用CATIA软件先对螺栓连接机座装配体进行有限元结构分析(载荷4.6 MPa),对机座零件体进行有限元分析(载荷6.8 MPa),两种情况下所得最大应力和位移均分别一致;再对机座零件体进行轻量化设计。分析结果:螺栓连接机座装配体与机座零件体(替代焊面连接装配体)相比承载能力较低;机座零件体轻量化设计后的质量比之前减轻了8.54%,节省了材料成本。

     

    Abstract: The machine base is an important basic component of the entire machine. Using CATIA software, perform finite element structural analysis on the bolt connected machine base assembly (load 4.6 MPa) and finite element analysis on the machine base parts (load 6.8 MPa), the maximum stress and displacement obtained in both cases are consistent; further lightweight design of the machine base components. Result: The bolt connected machine base assembly has lower load-bearing capacity compared to the machine base component body (replacing the welded surface connection assembly); The lightweight design of the machine base components has reduced the weight by 8.54% compared to before, saving material costs.
