一种双导程蜗杆传动系统设计与分析

Design and Analysis of a Dual Lead Worm Gear Transmission System

  • 摘要: 针对传统蜗轮蜗杆在大扭矩传动过程中容易出现的接触面磨损导致齿面间隙增大影响传动精度和稳定性的问题,本文设计了一套双导轮蜗杆传动系统,蜗杆的齿厚沿其轴向等比例增加,而对应蜗轮的齿厚保持不变,从而通过蜗杆的轴向移动来改变系统的啮合间隙,达到提高传动精度的作用。最后通过有限元计算校核与实际试验结果证明了本系统的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problem of increased tooth clearance caused by contact surface wear in traditional worm gear transmission, which affects transmission accuracy and stability, this paper designs a double guide wheel worm gear transmission system. The axial tooth thickness of the worm gear increases proportionally from one end to the other along its axis, while maintaining equal tooth thickness of the worm gear that meshes with it. Then, the meshing clearance between the worm gear and the worm wheel is adjusted by axial movement of the worm gear to improve transmission accuracy. Finally, the reliability of this system was verified through finite element calculations and actual experimental results.
