矿用刮板输送机中部槽磨损分析及降低磨损的措施

Analysis of Wear in the Middle Groove of Mining Scraper Conveyor and Measures to Reduce Wear

  • 摘要: 刮板输送机工作负荷大,运煤量大,长期作业其中部槽易出现严重磨损的问题,为有效减轻刮板输送机中部槽的磨损度,基于刮板输送机工作过程中中部槽主要磨损机制,构建了刮板输送机不同部位及不同运煤工况下的离散元模型,模拟了煤料干燥时,煤料含水量提高后以及不同煤料粒度工况下,刮板输送机中部槽的磨损情况,并提出了一些针对性的降低中部槽磨损的措施,为减少刮板输送机中部槽磨损影响提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: Scraper conveyor has a large workload and coal transportation volume, and the middle groove of the scraper conveyor is prone to serious wear during long-term operation. In order to effectively reduce the wear of the middle groove of the scraper conveyor, based on the main wear mechanism of the middle groove during the operation of the scraper conveyor, a discrete element model of different parts of the scraper conveyor and different coal transportation conditions was constructed. The wear of the middle groove of the scraper conveyor was simulated under the conditions of coal drying, increased coal moisture content, and different coal particle sizes. Some targeted measures to reduce the wear of the middle groove of the scraper conveyor were proposed, providing technical support for reducing the impact of middle groove wear on the scraper conveyor.
