大跨度CAVE银幕钢龙骨结构仿真设计

Simulation Design of Steel Keel Structure for Large-Span CAVE

  • 摘要: 针对莫高窟CAVE银幕钢龙骨结构大跨度(宽度24 m)设计相关问题和目标要求,首先,采用模块化的理论,设计CAVE银幕钢龙骨结构模型;其次,利用Solidworks自带的simulation模块对顶部基环支撑进行有限元仿真分析,结果表明顶部基环支撑刚度、强度满足设计要求;最后经过现场安装和三维激光扫描,结果表明设计的大跨度CAVE银幕钢龙骨结构符合实际需要。综合得出采用模块化设计大跨度CAVE银幕钢龙骨结构是切实可行的。

     

    Abstract: To address the issue of the large-span (24 m width) steel keel structure of the CAVE screen in the Mogao Grottoes, firstly, a modular theory is adopted to design a model of the CAVE screen steel keel structure; Secondly, finite element simulation analysis was conducted on the top foundation ring support using the built-in simulation module of Solidworks. The results showed that the stiffness and strength of the top foundation ring support met the design requirements; Finally, after on-site installation and 3D laser scanning, the results showed that the designed large-span CAVE screen steel keel structure meets the actual needs. It is feasible to adopt modular design for large-span CAVE screen steel keel structure.
