大转矩平面摩擦副在风力发电机组中的应用研究

Research on the Application of High Torque Planar Friction Pair in Wind Turbine

  • 摘要: 根据风电机组中主轴与轮毂高传扭密度需要,提出了大平面摩擦副传扭结构并给出平面摩擦副传扭公式,分析了影响平面摩擦副传扭能力因素和提高平面摩擦副传扭能力的措施,进一步提出液压紧配螺栓与高强螺栓均匀交叉组合连接方式,在不改变连接件尺寸的前提下,一定程度上提高了传扭能力,且安装拆卸方便,稳固性强,可靠性好,使用寿命长,值得推广应用。

     

    Abstract: According to the requirement of high torsional density of spindle and hub in wind turbine, the author proposes the torsional structure of large plane friction pair and gives the torsional formula of plane friction pair, analyzes the factors affecting the torsional capacity of friction pair and the measures to improve the torsional capacity of plane friction pair, and further proposes the uniform cross-combination connection mode of hydraulic tightening bolt and high-strength bolt. Without changing the size of the connector, this method improves the torsional ability to a certain extent, and is convenient to install and disassemble, strong stability, good reliability, long service life, and is worth popularizing and applying.
