微量铜添加对合金耐腐蚀性能的影响

Influence of Minor Addition of Cu on Corrosion resistance of Alloys

  • 摘要: 添加微量Cu元素对提高金属的抗腐蚀性能有着重要的作用,本文分别介绍了Cu元素对奥氏体不锈钢、铁素体不锈钢等铁基合金在氯化物溶液中的耐腐蚀性能的影响;Cu元素对镍基合金(Ni-Cr-Mo)在氧化性介质、还原性介质、氧化-还原性介质、HF酸溶液以及FeCl3溶液中的耐腐蚀性的影响,并比较了在不同腐蚀介质中Cu对合金腐蚀性能的影响及原因;最后,介绍了Cu元素对镁合金、铝合金及镁铝合金耐腐蚀性的影响。为了提高Cu元素改善金属材料抗腐蚀性能的原理认识,使通过添加Cu元素提高合金材料的抗腐蚀性能得到更加广泛的应用。

     

    Abstract: Minor Cu plays an important role in improving the corrosion resistance of metals. In this paper, the effect of Cu on the corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steel and ferritic stainless steel in chloride solution is introduced. The effect of Cu on the corrosion resistance of nickel base alloys (Ni-Cr-Mo) in the oxidizing medium, reducing medium, oxidation-reduction medium, HF acid solution and FeCl3 solution, compared the affection in different corrosion medium and summed up the reasons. Finally, the influence of Cu addition on corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy and Aluminum alloy is introduced. To deepen the understanding of the underlying principles through which Cu enhances the corrosion resistance of metallic materials,thereby promoting wider application of improved corrosion-resistant alloys by adding Cu.
