    Abstract: This article focuses on the production field of galvanized steel pipes. In response to the problems of uneven cooling caused by cold air sinking and inconvenient cleaning after spraying in existing cooling equipment for cooling galvanized steel pipes, a new type of rapid cooling equipment and method for forming galvanized steel pipes are elaborated in detail. Through in-depth analysis of the equipment structure, systematic explanation of its working principle, and comprehensive analysis of its performance advantages, the device's significant effectiveness in improving cooling efficiency, enhancing cooling effectiveness, and improving operational efficiency has been verified through practical application in steel pipe production enterprises. This provides new ideas and technical support for optimizing the production process of galvanized steel pipes.
