Finite Element Analysis of Upward-Moving Formwork System

  • 摘要: 针对上行式移动模架模板系统的结构安全性问题,选取内外模板在临界工况下最危险的节段,利用 ANSYS进行仿真分析,分别建立了内外模板的有限元模型,采用板壳单元模拟钢面板,梁单元模拟框架梁体系。在施加载荷方面,考虑了混凝土浇筑作业的特点。内外模板钢板壳体和框架梁进行强度和刚度校核后,进一步对内外模板的受压支撑杆进行稳定性校核。研究证实该模板系统在极端施工荷载下的结构可靠性,为移动模架安全评估提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the structural safety of the upward-moving formwork system, the most dangerous sections of the inner and outer formwork under critical working conditions were selected, and the finite element model of the inner and outer formwork was established by using ANSYS for simulation analysis, and the plate and shell elements were used to simulate the steel panel part, and the beam element was used to simulate the frame beam system. In terms of applying loads, the characteristics of concrete pouring operations are taken into account. After the strength and stiffness of the steel plate shell and frame beam of the inner and outer formwork are checked, the stability of the compression support rod of the inner and outer formwork is further checked. The study confirms the structural reliability of the formwork system under extreme construction loads, and provides a theoretical basis for the safety assessment of mobile formwork.
