某升船机制动系统急停试验研究

Research on Emergency Stopping Test of Shiplift Braking System

  • 摘要: 为验证某升船机安全制动系统紧急制动性能是否满足设计要求,本文分析梳理了制动系统的工作原理并进行了3种设计工况的上行、下行共6组试验研究,试验结果表明制动系统“上闸力—驱动系统转速”闭环关系在制动系统调整施加制动力时符合升船机制动加速度的要求,且制动一致性好,满足升船机运行要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to verify whether the emergency stoping performance of a ship lift safety braking system meets the design requirements, this paper analyzes the working principle of the braking system and conducts a total of 6 groups of tests based on three kinds of designed working conditions for up and down. The test results show that the closed-loop relation of "braking force-driving system speed" meets the requirements of the ship lift braking acceleration when the braking system is adjusted to apply braking force, and the braking consistency is so good to meet the requirements of the ship lift operation.
