基于振动分析的卷筒送缆设备安装架优化及验证

Optimization and Verification of Installation Frame of Drum Cable Feeding Equipment based on Vibration Analysis

  • 摘要: 卷筒送缆设备中马达与安装架的振动会严重损害设备稳定性、寿命及环境(加剧磨损、送缆不稳、诱发共振、产生噪音)。本研究通过建立理论模型、进行精细有限元仿真(模态和谐波响应分析)及工况实验,发现不锈钢316L安装架相比结构钢具有更平缓的应力变化、更稳定的应变和变形响应,抗振性能显著更优。系统优化安装架能有效抑制振动,提升设备可靠性、送缆精度并延长寿命。

     

    Abstract: The vibration of motor and mounting frame in drum cable feeding equipment will seriously damage the stability, life and environment of the equipment (increasing wear, unstable cable feeding, inducing resonance and generating noise). By establishing theoretical model, carrying out fine finite element simulation (modal and harmonic response analysis) and working condition experiment, it is found that the stainless steel 316L mounting frame has smoother stress change, more stable strain and deformation response and significantly better anti-vibration performance than structural steel. System optimization mounting frame (such as selecting materials) can effectively suppress vibration, improve equipment reliability, cable feeding accuracy and prolong service life.
