Influence of Different Reinforcements on Screw Connection Performance in Vibration Test

  • 摘要: 本研究旨在研究振动试验条件下,使用不同类型的螺纹加固件(钢丝螺套和插销钢套)对螺钉连接强度和连接性能的影响,通过定量分析法对比两种加固螺纹的方式在振动试验条件下对连接紧固件的抗振性、连接稳定性等性能的影响。通过定量分析法和数值模拟对两种加固螺纹连接稳定性等性能的影响。其试验结果为振动环境中机械设计与连接方案的选择研究提供了理论依据和参考。

     

    Abstract: The purpose of this study is to study the influence of different types of thread reinforcement (wire thread insert and bolt steel sleeve) on the connection strength and connection performance of screws under vibration test conditions, and to compare the influence of two ways of reinforcing threads on the vibration resistance and connection stability of connection fasteners under vibration test conditions through quantitative analysis. The influence of quantitative analysis and numerical simulation on the stability and other properties of two kinds of reinforced threaded connections. The experimental results provide theoretical basis and reference for the study of mechanical design and connection scheme selection in vibration environment.
