Abstract:
As an important part of miniload stacker, the column structure bears most of the load and inertial force. High acceleration will cause large deflection of the column in the direction of roadway, and increase the vibration amount at the top of the column, which directly affects the safety, operation efficiency and working life of the whole machine. In this paper, theoretical calculation and finite element analysis are combined to analyze and calculate the single column of the new mesh steel structure, in order to verify the reliability, rationality and safety of the design scheme, to ensure that the new single column structure has better strength and stiffness in the lightweight design, and to provide reference for the subsequent design and optimization of the new single column structure.
